All Time Favorite Table

by Meg Keene, Editor-In-Chief

All Time Favorite Table | A Practical WeddingThis is probably one of my favorite tables of all time, and it is exactly what we are going for with the wedding. This table is made from an old bowling lane. I know. When I saw it, I totally insisted that David build one for me immediately, packed him a lunch and sent him off to the junkyard. We’re still working on that, but we definitely think we can pull off the mismatched silver vases, and all the tulips.

Picture: In Style Home, Spring 2007 (I scanned it, I can’t find it online, sorry).

    Ummm… right. David in a junkyard? I call bulls*%t.

And actually, I didn’t think you packed lunches either.
But I like the table, and as for silver vases, if you just employ a few inventive souls to keep an eye out at local Goodwill’s and such between now and your wedding, you could have quite the assortment.

Oh, I’d send him with Kory. Don’t think I haven’t tried to talk him into it. And he’d go with Kory too. That’s why he’s a GOOD INFLUANCE.
But you are right, I probably wouldn’t pack a lunch.

Buy me a bandsaw and a router, and I will totally make you that table. You don’t even have to pack me a lunch.
