HEY APW,
Well it’s definitely been an exciting week over here! A certain APW editor-in-chief brought a beautiful baby girl into the world on the Fourth of July (cue fireworks emoji), and the collective staff could not be happier to welcome the newest firecracker to the APW team (it should only be a short while before we have her helping us out around the new office, right? Babies love glitter.)
And not to top that or anything, but tomorrow is my BIRTHDAY. You’ll find me stuffing my face full of Cajun seafood and treating myself to a mini shopping spree. All in all, not terrible for a post-holiday week if I do say so myself. And with that, I’m off for some preemptive celebrating, and it’s your happy hour, so get to it!
