Turtle Love Co.’s Eco-Friendly Wedding Jewelry

Today I’m delighted to talk about long time APW Sponsor Turtle Love Co., offering awesome artisan and eco-friendly jewelry. They sell affordable wedding rings and unique engagement rings and have been delighting APW-ers for years (you can check out TLC’s Facebook page for stories of happy customers). Turtle Love is a woman-owned business, and you’ll totally get a kick reading about their staff describing each other. Plus, they have ethical practices and a green commitment. New readers are also totally required to read Adrianne’s (TLC’s founderAPW post on wedding rings because it will explain to you why she does what she does, and it will make you really happy.

So, since it’s suddenly almost Thanksgiving (how did that happen?) let’s dive into TLC’s amazing jewelry collection, which is perfect for holiday shopping that supports your values. They currently are featuring lovely and organic modern floral necklaces (I’m a sucker for organic shapes in jewelry design). Plus, their current collection of pearl earrings (and tons of other gorgeous earrings) from Bree Richey are lovely. If, perhaps, you are starting to ponder holiday gifts for your mom, sisters, and grandmother (cough) I think this is a perfect place to start. (My mom loves Turtle Love Co.’s stuff, fact.) And, may I draw your attention to this skipping stone necklace? Yeah. If that’s not the perfect blend of minimalist and modern design, I don’t know what is.

But! Perhaps you are not so much shopping for holiday presents (for yourself), but are instead in the market for wedding and engagement rings. Well. TLC has a new collection of rustic wedding bands and organic engagement rings from Page Sargisson (image at the top of the post, looovvvveeee) and god you guys, pretty. Actually, pretty and affordable, which is even better.

Of course, you guys know about my love of vintage rings, given that one of my first posts ever on APW was about my vintage engagement ring. Well, I’m over the moon excited that Turtle Love Co. has started selling vintage. They have a great collection, with an excellent range of prices. Plus, you know with vintage you’re getting style and an eco-friendly choice. It’s like the Universe rewarding you. It’s rad.

These nested rings have been a huge hit with APW-ers as engagement rings, for obvious reasons. And they have a nested pearl ring, a nested white topaz, and now a nested diamond ring in gold. Not to mention earrings to match, because why wouldn’t you want earrings that match your engagement ring. Obviously! And these rings, by artist Laura Serrafero, are a lovely choice for a colorful engagement ring.

But what’s that you say? You’re looking for a classic diamond engagement ring that’s ethically made? Well, TLC’s are all made with recycled metals and recycled stones, so you are in luck.

Plus, with the team at TLC, you know there is always more goodness coming. They tell me there are fun gifts on the way for the holidays, and they are introducing new artists all the time. Plus, there will be awesome holiday specials, only on Facebook.  So like Turtle Love Co. on Facebook, and get shopping! As always, I’m so thrilled to pair APW-ers up with a fantastic, ethical, women-owned small business that reflects our core values (and has supported APW since we were just a teeny tiny blog). So enjoy your shopping, knowing that you’re supporting great people and artists.

  • Jenn’s Mom

I checked out this post because Turtle Love is where Jenn got her lovely engagement and wedding ring set from. I’m busy passing on hints to my significant other of 30 years for Christmas ideas and anniversary ideas. Happily he has never been a fan of the standard anniversary gift ideas – 1st anniversary is supposed to be paper, he bought earrings, 2nd anniversary is cotton, he bought earrings. You get the idea. There are so many pieces that I love here!

  • I LOVE my wedding ring/engagement ring set from Turtle Love, and the customer service I received from Adrianne and the team was awesome. I chose the white topaz and sterling silver ring set. I get so many compliments on my ring as being “perfectly suited for me.” I can’t recommend them highly enough!

I like my ring set so much, my mom called yesterday (see comment above) because she was worried this post didn’t have enough comments – she knew it was that important to me. Turtle Love is awesome!

Turtle Love Co is awesome! My guy and I got our engagement rings from them, and even though we had multiple difficult requests they handled everything well. And the rings are super-duper beautiful.

I looked at Turtle Love’s site after reading this post and placed a pair of earnings on my Amazon Universal Wish List. My husband used the link to order me the earrings for Christmas. They are lovely.
