Why do you want to work with APW Couples?
You’re unconventional, shouldn’t your registry be too?
APW couples are fun, interesting people, and we want to give them wedding gifts that reflects that. After all, I didn’t get married to collect spoons, and I’m pretty sure you didn’t too.
Describe your artistic approach to weddings?
Your wedding gifts should be things you treasure forever, not junk that takes up room in your (tiny) closets. We want you to get wedding gifts you’re excited about, that keeps your marriage fun, that will create those great memories you’ll hold on to forever. With a Better Ever After registry, you can get great experience gifts like cooking classes, whitewater rafting trips, painting lessons and more.
After all, they say the key to a happy marriage is doing fun, exciting things together!
What are your non-work-related hobbies?
I love getting outside when I can, whether it’s a ramble through Prospect Park or apple picking upstate. I’m trying to cook and bake more, though I probably spend more time reading Bon Appetit than actually making the recipes!
What’s your favorite book?
The Phantom Tollbooth, by Norman Juster. The story of a little boy who discovers just how much wonder there is in the world
What’s your favorite movie?
Before Sunrise, Before Sunset, Before Midnight. The truest, most romantic, most philosophical movies about relationships I’ve ever seen.
