Why do you want to work with APW Couples?

Because I was on APW as a bridesmaid! After searching tons of sites, I have found that the readers and writers of APW fit my style, and style is really important in personal photographs… ie: wedding photographs. No two couples are the same, and finding a style that fits the two of you should be something you look for in a photographer, especially when you consider that you and yours will be viewing these photographs for generations to come.

Describe your artistic approach to weddings?

My job is art, and a fabulously positive attitude. Both come naturally. Your job is the love, the emotion, the trueness of the day. Photographs speak your emotions. what you feel is what I translate into a beautiful image. I am also polite, proper, and will make all of your guests smile… because guess what… all of your guests will interact with me on your wedding day. I am there from start to finish, your day is THE day.

What are your non-work-related hobbies?

I love long walks on the beach (c’mon, who doesn’t?!) reading, gallery hopping, snowboarding, traveling, cooking, hunting down hungarian cookie recipes, devoting parts of my life to looking at beauty on Pintrest, sunning myself on the Jersey Shore, did I mention traveling…. and I am super happy about traveling to shoot photographs!

What’s your favorite book?

My favorite contemporary authors are Richard Brautigan and Haruki Murakami.

What’s your favorite movie?

The Diving Bell and the Butterfly… but it’s pretty intense. I also love Lost in Translation, and who can deny The Princess Bride.

If you could have a one minute dance party at your desk, what song would you pick?

Either way, there will be dancing on the desk.
