Why do you want to work with APW Couples?

We love creating unique, individual, personal jewelry, and especially love creating wedding rings.

Each Sorella piece is custom made-to-order, so we really enjoy working with a couple on designing rings that reflect their individual personalities and style. We’ve created everything from rings with West African symbols to to Chinese Symbol Name Rings to Roman Numeral Rings to Platinum two carat diamond solitaires.

Describe your artistic approach to weddings?

We’re fine jewelers creating fine jewelry. Each piece is made with the finest precious metals – platinum, palladium, 18k, 14k, 10k gold, and sterling silver – and crafted using the lost wax casting method, which has been used for centuries to create fine jewelry. All of our pieces are solid precious metal – no plating, dipping, hollowing out, or other such substandard techniques.

We involve our clients in the design process, discussing their vision, and providing them with CAD (computer-aided design) production drawings of their piece for review and approval.

What are your non-work-related hobbies?

travel, cycling, horseback riding

What’s your favorite book?

East of Eden by John Steinbeck. Great literature can be juicy, too!

What’s your favorite movie?

Hmmm….. I love so many, but guess I would choose Godfather. We’re Italian. We can’t help it.
