What a week, right? WHAT A MOTHERFUCKING WEEK. Even though we were technically not publishing this week, we wanted to have an open thread yesterday for all of us: sexual assault survivors, and those of us lucky enough to have not been assaulted but simply move through the world as women. And yet, somehow, none of us could get words out to even write that open thread. Our team watched the Kavanaugh hearings together in shock and horror (with some In-N-Out to try to dull the pain). So today, let’s take this space to process whatever feelings we have, during this week of news that has been nothing but a string of triggers.

However, there were bright moments in this week of horrific news. We got together with the team from Lace & Liberty to shoot a mini lookbook for our plus size collection. It was so powerful to be with a group of women, celebrating how sexy and beautiful women are at ALL sizes, not just the size that the patriarchy wants us to be.
