Travel Policy
Very little travel fees, depending on the location and date. I travel everywhere for weddings and it is one of my favorite aspects of my job. I will go wherever you want to go. I will come to you wherever you are. Let's make it happen.

I document weddings and elopements. My photographs piece together moments to tell a story, your story. My focus is on helping you feel comfortable in front of the camera so we can create images that feel like you. Authenticity is key for me, I believe that a good photo is one that feels real.
Why do you want to work with APW couples?
It is beautiful and exciting to share your life with another. It’s worthy of celebration and remembering. I’m interested in capturing couples who prefer to focus on real moments and honest feelings.
What is your artistic approach to weddings?
My approach to weddings is pretty hands off, I just let the day flow and make sure I’m there to capture it organically. I’ll photograph your details, but I’m more focused on the people, feelings, and moments.
What are your non-work-related hobbies?
I live in the Utah mountains with my fantastically curious 2 boys, and my loving partner. Our home is full of plants. I am passionate about being outside in nature and I like to laugh. I practice yoga and Vipassana meditation. I recently finished a Master of Fine Arts Teaching degree at the University of Utah, and currently teach mindfulness photography courses and workshops.

We hired Danielle to shoot our small wedding and got our photos back a few weeks ago. I am still blown away by all the candid, little moments that she and her partner, Jeff, captured throughout the day. They made an effort to get to know our guests and made everyone feel comfortable and relaxed. Even my husband, who hates taking photos. Highly recommend!

Danielle is so talented. She did our wedding and we loved have so many specially moments captured by her. She is so easy going and willing to do whatever you need. She spends time getting to know you and just makes you feel comfortable in front of the camera (which is hard for me to feel). I would recommend her in a heart beat to my friends and really just anyone looking for a reasonably priced, amazing photographer!!

My husband and I hired Danielle to do our engagements, bridals, and wedding photos and we couldn't be happier! As someone who HATES having their picture taken, I was surprised at how comfortable I felt with Danielle behind the camera. I think our photos show our personalities/looks so well without any of the awkward cliche posing that makes me roll my eyes at other people's wedding photos. She did a great job of capturing the vintage eclectic vibe of our wedding and the beautiful snowy backdrop of our bridals. She was super helpful for the obligatory temple pictures and helped move family and friends along kindly and efficiently on a freezing day while still capturing great photos. Could not recommend more highly!!!
