I strive deliver natural, heartfelt, candid moments from your wedding day. My goal is to not only capture the loveliness of what you both have planned but the love between you as well!

I love working with couples from all walks of life.  People who are inclusive, creative, and want to tell their story through their wedding.  I feel that APW couples are authentic to who they are and treasure the people in their lives and this comes out in their weddings.

I have a very candid fly on the wall-esque approach to weddings.  I love capturing true emotions and moments that you might not know are happening. I am guilty of tearing up behind my camera (happy tears I promise) or laughing with the rest of the group! I want all of the photos to bring the same emotions to you as you look at them a year later. I always strive to find the best locations for portraits and can provide gentle instruction when needed.  I want you to enjoy your wedding so I try to be as unobtrusive as possible.

I love playing with my cats Dusty + Smudge, and spend a ton of time paying attention to them.  When they is sleeping I like to practice my embroidery skills (thanks Nana!), work on beading and jewelry making, and attempting to make music (very poorly).  I love being outside and exploring new places even if it is a local place that is new to me!

Ooh this is tough!  One of my all time favorites is The Lost World and others stories by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle.  I read this when I was 13 and it really threw me into 1800’s Sci Fi and I love it all!

Joe Vs. the Volcano!  This was my mothers favorite when I was growing up and we watched it so many times.  I love all the new little things you notice each time you watch it, I highly recommend it!
