I don't even know where to begin. Lindsey was the FIRST vendor I booked - I booked her even before my wedding venue. From the beginning, she was open, helpful, encouraging - and the most calming honest voice a stressed-out bride could ask for. While brides around me booked movie-style teams of photographers that overpriced and treated them like royalty they needed to stiffly pose for a formal painting, I was treated like a friend, made to feel beautiful, and Lindsey captured it all. Her style is irreplaceable - she documents moments, and on the blurriest most fast-paced day of my life, that's exactly what I needed. I thought that in choosing a wedding photographer I would need to choose between the two - a wedding album full of candids and laughter, or an album of beautiful portraits of my family & my husband. Lindsey did BOTH in record time - I've watched my best friends disappear from most of their wedding in order to get half the shots I received, but I was present & got to enjoy myself AND receive an album full of beautiful pictures I will cherish forever. I can't recommend Lindsey to ANY bride enough - no matter the setting, whatever unique situation or traditions or juggling your special day requires, Lindsey will adapt and DELIVER. She's possibly one of the most naturally intrinsically creative people I've ever met. Travel Policy
Free travel in local Boston, MA area. For weddings requiring air travel, client is responsible for all travel costs + 1-2 nights of accommodations. For New England Weddings: up to $1 per mile if within driving distance of Boston, MA.
Elopement Policy
I LOVE elopements! And I am happy to work with my elopement & intimate wedding couples (under 50 guests) to create custom packages to fit their needs and budgets. Elopements usually start at $1000, but because intimate weddings tend to be so unique, I recommend reaching out for a custom quote!
Describe your business in 1-3 short sentences.
I’m a Boston-based (but always traveling!) wedding and lifestyle photographer who specializes in creating natural, candid-style portraits of individuals and couples. I focus on getting to know YOU so that I can take pictures that feel like YOU! I love natural lighting and images that tell authentic stories.
Why do you want to work with APW couples?
I believe that every story deserves to be remembered, and I value working with every one of my couples and clients to create a gallery that allows them to relive their wedding day or their relationship. I believe that all love stories are created equal and that it is my duty to document them as they are – no fake laughs, cheesy poses, or crazy lighting. Just you and the people you love.
What is your artistic approach to weddings?
I want you to be able to look back on your wedding day and RELIVE IT. In this way, my work might seem a little different from other photographers who have a way of editing even the most dark & rainy days to look warm and glowing or blown-out and airy (you know the photos I’m talking about).
If it’s hot-as-hell with no clouds on the day we shoot, your photos WILL reflect the warmth of that moment. And if it’s raining? We’ll also embrace it, and your images will remind you of the rolling clouds and how you and your partner dodged the puddles (or jumped IN them…cuz you do you, obviously). These are the images your family and even your kids and grandkids will look back on for YEARS, or generations, to come. You deserve a photographer that is excited to document YOU just as you are.
