This is Kate, the newest APW team member and second Kate on the squad (Kates are great!). I just got married in September and hope to share the deets with you all in the future. I’m glad to be finished planning but totally sad it’s over. I just want to wear my dress again (which was the most magical find and steal of the century!). I’m a Bay Area native and live with my wife, three cats, and two crazy dogs on the Peninsula.
I spent my early years working as a bridal hair and makeup artist and then turned into a full-time marketer. Like everyone here, I adore weddings and love love! You can find me constantly scrolling and tap tapping through my Insta feed and making up weird songs to sing to my dogs. I love to cook and probably more than that, I really just love cookbooks.
I’m a sucker for a great pullover sweatshirt, cool sneakers, hair and skin products, and cannot resist the chocolate-covered coconut almonds from Trader Joe’s (OMG have you tried them? Maybe don’t. You’ve been warned!).
