Emily Zheng

Emily (she/her/hers) is a 2019 APW Writing Fellow, in the midst of wedding planning. A queer first-generation immigrant, she spent many formative years studying history and medieval literature. These days, she works with and thinks a lot about copyright, access to information, and the ways with which we share knowledge. Emily is thrilled to have the opportunity to write for this community; through this, she hopes to become a more thoughtful, patient, and empathetic writer (and person).
