We met on the Saturday of Columbus Gay Pride, got engaged two years later on the Sunday of Columbus Gay Pride, and got married on the Friday of Columbus Gay Pride one year after that. We had an intimate wedding ceremony on the DC War Memorial with family, and then a reception with lots of friends at the Hotel Monaco in DC.
Favorite Thing About The Wedding
The food! We were so happy that our guests got to have wonderful food at the cocktail hour and reception and didn’t have to suffer through dry chicken just for our sakes.
