Every so often, while riding in the car, listening to modern love songs, and I will remark that one or another of them would have made a good first dance song.
It’s not that I didn’t love our first dance song—in fact I still do. But sometimes you hear a song that just perfectly encapsulates your relationship, and you get to be a little disappointed that it didn’t exist when you were making your original picks. (Or you file them away for possible vow renewal use, naturally.)
